Payroll Deductions Online Calculator (PDOC)
The PDOC helps employers estimate federal and provincial withholdings for a pay period. It is a planning tool—not a substitute for remitting through real payroll software or CRA tables.
Inputs and limits
You supply pay frequency, gross pay, claim codes, pensionable and insurable earnings flags, and province. The calculator applies annual CPP, EI, and tax bracket thresholds.
Quebec has distinct provincial tax and QPP mechanics; always select the correct province.
Classroom use
Have students compare PDOC output to a mocked T4 box 14–22 chain to see rounding differences.
